Your Role and Responsibilities
Support and review the accommodations fulfillment information provided by CH&S and employee (or person issuing the request on behalf of the employee).
Work with employee, manager, HR Partner, procurement, CH&S, vendor, etc to fulfill the accommodation request.
Monitoring the request queue – new request, manager review follows up, team review, delivery status, evaluation, pre-closure review, etc.
Work with Procurement – Finance, AWC system support team, CH&S, etc to drive process simplification, transformation and improve application as and when needed.
Work with external vendors on a case by case basis to ensure prompt delivery of the accommodations
Work with Finance and Procurement to constantly review and assess vendors performance and ROI
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Pro-activeness and ability to work independently, and execute promptly
“Team player mind set” required to work closely with experienced AWC Admin person
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Work with thoroughness and attention to details
Skilled in process documentation and transformation
Experience on business controls/procurement/accounting/finance/CIO/RESO is a key advantage
A basic knowledge of the most common types of accommodations provided is a plus
Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills is a plus
