Your Role and Responsibilities

• As specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.

• System Administrator hosted on various clouds like IBM Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud and AWS.

• You’ll be responsible to design, install, administer and optimize overall control of a server and cloud portal where client workloads are solutioned.

• Plan, communicate the service plan, improvement and automation for all the workloads.

• Your day to day job will include working on building, designing, Migrating, Upgrading and steady state support for Windows, VMware, DNS, DHCP, Ansible and Active Directory related technical support services to ensure client success and happiness.

• Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine requirements.

• You’ll work on Incident/Change/Problem/build/upgrade/migrate end to end lifecycle of the technical support from the day client contract is signed till client contract remains with Kyndryl.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Should be proficient/expert in Ansible/Automation.Should be proficient/expert in managing Active Directory policy requests, configuring, building, defining, applying policies etc.

• Windows and VMware.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Any one cloud portal working knowledge either Google Cloud or AWS, if both portal knowledge is there, it is plus.

• Candidate should be willing to work on multiple technology in a fast-paced demanding environment.Candidate should know how to handle clients on day-to-day basis.
