Kyndryl, Inc. Hiring for Order Management Analyst at CHENNAI, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Order Management Analyst, you will be required to have adequate knowledge of overall Asset Management with domain knowledge in Software / Hardware Order activities and be able to work in an agile way. Good communication skills both verbal and written is a must and person willing to walk the extra mile is must.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day to day IT ordering process for Software & hardware according to agreed timescales/SLAs

• Cross functional player to collaborate with Client, Finance and Country Procurement teams

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

• Maintain a strong compliance and business control posture on all transactions

• Support Peer reviews & Audits, as needed.

• Maintain all procurement information including contracts, purchase information, intended use, deployments and other information necessary

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Order Desk Operation

• Support requestor inquiries and issues

• Validate and process order requests

• Monitor submitted purchase orders until orders are fulfilled

• Coordinate exceptions, order returns, or shipping needed for item returns

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• should have good command over communication.

• Master’s degree would be an added advantage with some good work experience
