Kyndryl, Inc. Hiring for Security Specialist – Identity & Access Management at BANGALORE, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Application and user identity and access administration (including maintaining security access rules and profiles across multiple systems and platforms).

• Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes.

• Support for development and implementation of IAM systems including automation.

• Assisting in policies and procedures (including staff Support for security related to identity and access incidents and awareness).

• Ability to work after-business hours as required due to project needs and operational emergencies.

• Report, pursue, communicate, and when needed escalate any breaches in information security or policies.

• Assist in reviewing processes, policies, and standards as they relate to the access and provisioning principles.

• Conduct periodic audits and validation of accounts and access with access to systems or resources.

• Ensure timely removal or modification of access based upon termination listings, emergency requests and change request forms.

• Develop procedural documentation for access Services and Auditing purposes and enable audit trail.

• Certification or Experience in Cloud technologies will be additional advantage.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience and good understanding of Access management lifecycle.

• Experience with Enterprise directory services (Active Directory) & LDAP is preferred.

• Exposure to managing user accounts, (human) privileged accounts and service accounts.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Preferred experience and good understanding of Identity and Access Management. technologies including CyberArk, Azure and MFA applications.
