Your Role and Responsibilities

• Employees in this role define and use design documentation, functional programming specifications, and high-level design documents to implement identified components.

• Ensure implemented components are documented appropriately, unit tested, and ready for integration into the final product.

• Present/demonstrate implemented product features through playback sessions as required.

• Provide fixes to defects identified during pre-production and post-production phases in the software development life cycle.

• Provide work estimates for assigned development work.

• Guide and explain features, functional objectives, or technologies that are being built to interested parties.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• In working with AppDynamics for at least 2 years. Of ITSM tooling (ServiceNow).

• In implementing APM Monitoring Solutions (Application Insights).

• Azure Pipelines, Azure Devops.

• Significant ITSM and RFF implementation experience.

• Experience in Building the catalogue items, workflows, and task plans for infra ordering and provisioning.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Together with an enthusiastic team, need to ensure that there is a increase the availability of the IT systems within the Bank and reduce the impact in the event of disruptions.

• What the customer or end user experiences, is central within the way we work.

• Think and work with various Agile teams assisting in the development and implementation of monitoring solutions.

• Support the teams both during and after the implementation with the aim of allowing teams to be in control of their own applications.

• Working on central Application Performance Monitoring Agile team (APM team).

• In addition to the implementations, should be having the knowledge of the management of the AppDynamics SaaS platform and continuously thinks about new developments.
