Expectation from individual

• Excellent Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in the fundamentals of web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS and mobile-first web development.
• Experience with any of modern web frameworks and knowledge of how they work on a high level(Ex: React or Angular)
• Ability to convert a design document or even a rough drawing into a working user interface with a bit of product thinking.
• Ability to own smaller web products within the team end to end.
• Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture.
• Obsessed with Web Performance Optimization
• Expert with browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools
• Experienced in multi-tier large scale web architecture
• 3-10 years of relevant experience
