Job Description:
- To explore on hiring Non Traditional Insurance Partners socially connected (Tier 3 and Tier 4 markets).
- Be the P&L Head and drive the Management vision with full commitment and passion.
- Go getter to lead the front and get team onboarding done at supersonic pace within assigned cost.
- Is a Low Cost high revenue model and hence need to drop pre baggage if any while joining.
- Experienced guys from Channel development across Financial Services , Medical Companies handling MR’s , FMCG etc are preferred.
Experience Range:
5 – 12 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation, and Any PG
Job Responsibilities:
- To be the P&L Head for the assigned Geographies.
– To ensure aggressive onboarding of Fresh to Insurance Partners- in the assigned Geography.
- To recruit quality team as per his assigned budget in supersonic time frame.
- To Lead the front in meeting assigned Plan on R A P month on month
– To ensure Daily Huddle with all last mile team members – in pushing drive and company vision.
- To drive higher productivity Moto in THE team without compromising on business hygiene.
- To respect women and field staff with empathy and encourage them for higher push with monetary and non monetary tools.
- Non bias approach to self sourced team members.
Skills Required:
Strong Inter personal Skills, Collaborative Leadership, High Mobility, Structured & Organized, Experienced in Channel Management,
