Kyndryl, Inc. Hiring for System Management Specialist SAP at HYDERABAD, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP incoming tickets and solve client requests.

• The scope of this job specialty includes preparation for new or updated SAP services, management of the change process, management of performance of SAP systems and services.

• Individuals in this specialty apply their SAP technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of SAP products and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years’ experience in SAP Basis technical administration and leadership – designing,implementing and maintaining SAP Basis infrastructure (S4/HANA, BW4HANA, BPC, PI/PO, GRC etc.)

• 2+ years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

• Ability to gather requirements, document scope and present solutions to leadership and stakeholders.

• Architect modifications and enhancements to existing SAP Basis platform to support business needs.

• Utilize advanced SAP administration and troubleshooting techniques to complete complex assignments or to solve difficult problems.

• Good understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process framework in order to ensure that business/project teams can obtain services efficiently.

• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Working experience in Europe or UK is preferred.

• Experience in implementing and supporting S/4 HANA is a plus.

• SAP Certification is a plus.
