Your Role and Responsibilities

Gestión de sistemas SAP.

Soporte de funciones Basis al diseño, implementación y ejecución de proyectos.

Monitoreo de la plataforma SAP.

Atención de requerimientos en plataforma SAP

Informar avances al responsable del equipo.

Soporte ante incidencias en los servicios SAP.

Informar causa, impacto y solución de problemas en plataforma SAP.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

Ingeniero de sistemas o carreras afines.

Haber laborado como mínimo 2 años en gestión de servicios SAP, como SAP ERP, BI, SCM, SAP Enterprise Portal, SolMan.

Haber participado de la academia Basis.

Conocimientos de metodologías de gestión de proyectos e ITIL,

Capacidad para laborar en entornos de alta presión

Conocimientos de BD (Oracle, SQL, DB2) y Sistemas Operativos (UNIX, Linux y Windows)

Haber realizado tareas como Copias Homogéneas, Upgrade de Base de datos de sistemas SAP.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Working experience in Europe or UK is preferred .

Experience in implementing and supporting S/4 HANA is a plus

SAP Certification is a plus

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
