Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls & receiving customer calls
2. Ensuring that all processes are followed for all incoming and outgoing calls
3. Maintaining reports and ensuring compliance with defined processes
4. Ensuring all-round customer satisfaction and relationship

1. Minimum qualification- Graduation in any stream
