Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Technical Solution Manager, you’ll lead the proposal/engagement with some of the best minds in the industry to create innovative high quality solutions focused on clients’ business needs. Here, you’ll cultivate and use your in-depth knowledge of leading edge products and technology, coupled with your industry and business skills, to influence clients. You’ll be responsible for creating solution/architecture based on client’s requirements, while helping to identify (and avoid) potential problems, to ultimately ensure the success of solution construction including cost estimation, implementation and system integration.

As a technical expert, you will be required to provide guidance on implementation of proposed solution/architecture. This would include infrastructure sizing, deployment considerations and glue code for systems integration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 15 to 25 years experience in the IT Outsourcing/Strategic business/ Infrastructure Managed Services opportunities plus degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Good communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management (customer and in-house)

• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural and multi national environments.

• Ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure.

• Experience developing new account opportunities including deal analysis and structuring.• Drive technical solution discussions on large to very large opportunities, spread across service lines covering RFI / RFP (Creation /response /solutioning /Presentations /Commercials /Negotiation/Contracting/Transition Handover )

• Prepare TCO, commercial models & simulations for service transformation propositions.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Industry certifications including, TOGAF, ITIL, etc

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
