Your Role and Responsibilities

Proficient in using CUCDM tool to (Create, Modify and Delete Profiles) and have a good understanding in provisioning of Phone or Jabber profiles. Candidate should have worked in roles supporting global operations and be ready to work in shifts to support global teams.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge of Network Infrastructure ( Voice Infra). Must have worked on Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) or CUCM and used Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager (CUCDM) or similar tools for administration.

Proficient in using CUCDM tool to ( Create, Modify and Delete Profiles) and have a good understanding in provisioning of Phone or Jabber profiles. Candidate should have worked in roles supporting global operations and be ready to work in shifts to support global teams.

Require a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing and performing Voice Operations and preferable a CCNA certified

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Have strong knowledge / understanding of the telecommunications environment

Critical thinking and understanding the concept of the fulfillment of device provisioning tools and services

Able to handle end to end process if needed

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to achieve high customer satisfaction

Work well with others to accomplish tasks, solve problems and achieve SLO

Able to handle issues, multitasking and willing to learn new skills if required

Able to follow process and procedure to protect sensitive customer information

Should be having working knowledge of Service Management tool – Service Now (SNOW) / Slack / Webex

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
