2-3 Years of Corporate Event Planning Experience, Open to travel, Good Written and Verbal Communication, Strong Client-Facing Skills, Marketing Knowledge or Previous Experience, Vendor and Entertainment Research, Initiative, Enthusiasm,Flexibility,BTL activations

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Should have good experience in Vendor Management.
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, Promoters, etc.)
• Analyze the events success and prepare reports.
• Creating and managing the events’ calendar.
• Managing event budgets.
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Organize facilities and manage all events details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
• Ensure compliance with documentation.
• Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
• Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups
• Conduct pre- and post event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Keeps track of all the PO, Invoices & Payments
• Works and interacts with event vendors to ensure a smooth setup
• Understands event costings
• Should be able to run any event independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
