Your Role and Responsibilities

Leverages expertise in the operation and management of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business.
Prepares new or changed services, manages change processes, and manages performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance.
Applies technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate Must have minimum 5+ years of experience.
Installation, Configuration & Management Virtual App & Desktop Farm 7.X.
Creation of Citrix VM/Clone providing them via Provisioning Server.
Creating and managing Machine Catalog & Delivery group.
Publishing Applications/Desktop – Dedicate and Pooled via Citrix Studio.
Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix Provisioning Server.
Updating and Maintaining Golden Images/Templates.
Managing Provisioning services – Site Services with High Availability.
vDisk Management.
Write-Cache Location Management.
Device Collections.
Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on StoreFront.
Basic Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix NetScaler in the following areas.
Authentication Methods.
Directory Management.
Access Control Options.
Baseline configuration support and troubleshooting.
SSL and Certificates; Two-Factor Authentication.
Managing Citrix License server.
Good Exposure with Citrix Director.
Farm and Servers Reports / Maintenance.
Troubleshooting VDA registration Issues.
PVS build knowledge.
Profile Management solution like UPM, AppSense.
VDI Knowledge and hands on.
Good understanding of OS standards of Windows Server (2k12, 2k16).
Understanding about VMware solution.
Hyper-v configuration o Virtual Switch Configurations.
DRS Cluster and Management.
Optimize Virtual Machine resources.
Basic understanding about DNS , DHCP , Storage, Networking.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Citrix VDI.
