Your Role and Responsibilities

Specializes in installing, maintaining and upgrading internal computer hardware and software.
systems used for designing and developing products.
Controls user access and passwords.
Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Monitors usage and performance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate should have 5+ years of Experience.
Contractual decision to move away from the MCMS.
Support model to using as a service.
Support model with resources provided by DWS for specific account support.
If these are not fulfilled, then the account will incur ongoing license costs for Citrix software

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Citrix VDI.
