Laavya Tech Hiring for Telecaller at Bangalore Full Time

The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, answering their questions and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and have a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the institute and its training programs.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, fees, and program details.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and follow-up actions in the institute’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure that all leads are pursued in a timely and effective manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹32,678.36 per month
