Labcorp Hiring for Associate Director, Analytics & Insights at Bangalore, India Full Time

Introduction:

The Analytics & Insights group is responsible for data-driven insights to drive informed marketing strategies, answer business questions, and help Labcorp better serve our customers.

Labcorp is seeking an Associate Director for the Analytics function to lead our Customer, Commercial, Market Intelligence and Digital Analytics teams. Located in Bangalore, India, the role provides an opportunity for a strategic, business and data-driven executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The key position will lead the team and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders and teams to:

• Inform and inspire action that drives business growth

• Increase data-driven decision making throughout Labcorp

Key Responsibilities:

• With a growth mindset, this leader will have a track record of using data to evaluate business strategy and make informed decisions.

• This position will be responsible for building Customer, Commercial, Market Intelligence and Digital Analytics teams in India and enabling Analytical capabilities for Labcorp, and other strategic areas of focus with measurable results.

• The right individual is comfortable with making decisions when there is ambiguity. S/he is highly collaborative and is able to lead through influence by involving a diverse array of internal stakeholders, business leaders, and a global matrix organization.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Elevating Market, product, customer, and competitive intelligence and Data-driven insights to improve customer understanding and experiences.

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative digital analytics capabilities to support strategic decision-making and ensure ROI on our Digital Marketing efforts.

• Build and lead a world class Analytics team in India to drive our global programs

Qualifications Required:

• The Associate Director is a dynamic leader who is well-versed in leading Analytics teams and capabilities.

• A minimum of 12 years prior work experience in Analytics with 5+ years leading a team of more than 5 direct reports.

• The right candidate will bring rich hands-on experience and deep understanding of

• Analysis, modeling, and visualization of large, complex, and heterogeneous data sets

• Working knowledge of data architecture principles and components

• Experience with large data sets/ data warehouses, including the ability to extract data from data sets using advanced scripting or SQL

• Expertise in advanced analytics and predictive modeling

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on design of experiments (A/B testing)

• Prior experience and/or awareness of tools:

• Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, and / or similar customer data platforms

• CX platform administration

• Visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)

• Python, R, or SAS to help facilitate predictive analytics

• Experience with ETL and/or data prep tools

• Experience with Databricks and/or PySpark

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)

• Proven ability to take ownership and lead multiple projects with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and verbal presentation. Strong communicator and experience using data to tell a story

• Attention to detail and results oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Science, or Business, Master’s degree a strong plus

Qualifications Preferred:

• Prior leadership experience in a matrix organization and engagements with global stakeholders is desirable.

• Experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development and/or healthcare is desirable
