• • Setting up kick-off and project-related meetings – Submission support for different deliverable’s such as abstracts, posters and manuscripts – Develop project timeliness and follow-up with stakeholders – Supporting teams for compliance to internal WPs and tools such as DV – Vendor management for printing and shipping of posters and weekly DO forecast – Support Copyright requests/procurement as needed – Support any other project related activities as per business need – Creating mock account, checking guidelines and submission package for abstracts poster and manuscripts, DV checks and DV reports, preparing project timelines and follow-up with stakeholders – Communication skills (Fluent in English) – Timelines and project management – Turnaround time – Quality – Stakeholder satisfaction Bachelors – Any 1-3 years
