Full Job Description
- We are currently hiring for the role of service advisor in our premium multicar vehicle workshop in andheri west.
Job role:
1. Prepares work orders for all jobs and estimates extent and cost of repairs.
2.Inspects all work in progress in the shop and gives instruction to senior mechanics regarding methods and details of repairs.
3.Using your knowledge of products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
4.Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
6. Send service reminders to customers.
7. do post service follow ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
