E Commerce Manager

Job Description:

• Formulate the strategies, driving the sales performance, monitor the growth the conduct periodic sales review.
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such daily/weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
• Managing day-to-day operations, listings & faster order fulfilment for marketplace.
• Responsible for achieving growth objective, including net sales and net margin percentage.
• Managing end to end operation for marketplace listings, inventory updates and sales on marketplace.
• Manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, drive customer research and ROI optimization.
• Coordinating with the warehouse team for order process, packing and stock maintenance.
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in promotions, campaigns on various marketplace activities.
• Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine performance of customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintaining the good relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage the entire profile and loss, reconciliation of the marketplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per month
