Job Description

Work independently and take care of all admin work viz. facility management, upkeep of office equipment, Procurements for office, making of PR/PO, vendor payments, IT support, VIP movements, MIS, statutory compliance, time & attendance, discipline, joining formalities at office and assist Area/Branch Manager in making of MIS reports, and various employee engagement ,ladies club & CSR activities. He will also assist the Area/Branch Manager in furthering new generation businesses viz. LT Edutech, LT Sufin, Data Centre and Green Power.

AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Facility Management, Liaise with Government offices, Statutory compliance, IT support, MIS, presentation, VIP management, Car/hotel/ticket booking, day to day maintenance etc.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Teamwork, Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
