• understanding the basic design concept of the Electrical, ELV , FTTH,Solar,DG,sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial building. Understading the concept of design built drawing & critical study in terms of value engineering, techno commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC .

2 ) Study the BOQ, Tender & able to provide comments on the same for Vendor finalisation .

3 ) Vendor management from kick off meeting till Handover of the project with day to day management , resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirment.

4 ) Amicable resolution of all site issues by involving & co-ordinating all stakeholders at site like Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant ,BMC,Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team ,Contract team, design , safety, quality team etc.

5 ) Ability to suitably communicate the Power Supply Agency , BMC, MERC & MPCB as and when required.

6 ) Concentration on cost effective & innovative thinking , digital acumen are necessary.

7 ) Motivation to grow in the organisation & sharing knowledge with collegue & having dedicated intention to bring the sub-ordinate at higher level is prerequisite.
