Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and resolve any on-site issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential risks or delays.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Provide clear instructions and support to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and procurement requests.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to building codes, legal regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
