- Assist in the recruitment process of associates by posting job positions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with service provider for release of appointment letter.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain & update the associate data in internal system & Ascent System.
- Manage time & attendance for 3 rd party associates. Collate attendance & share salary inputs to service provider. Check the invoice shared by service provider & coordinate for salary release with internal team & service provider.
- Document the training records for the training initiated including attendance, feedback forms & assessments.
Support in executing other HR engagement activities.
