Larsen & Toubro Hiring for HSE at Barasat-I, West Bengal, India Full Time

• Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE management system and project specific HSE plan.
• Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine and materials, P and M and other tools and tackles.
• Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA
• Should be fully aware of National & International HSE regulations.
• Conduct HSE promotion activities.
• Propagate safety through leaflets, memos, reports, poster, notices etc.
• Initiate Toolbox Talks on daily basis with all crew, prior to start of work and maintain on daily basis.
• Should be aware of behaviour-based safety systems and implement them at project sites.
• Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.

• Monitor administration of first aid.
• Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions.
