Project: Gas to Power Project Execution

Job Purpose

To manage all logistics Co-ordination for the Gas to Power project site related Logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials for International and domestic supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

•      Manage entire execution process from material loading point to Project site/ delivery point.
•      Follow logistics strategies aligned with project schedules.
•      Coordinate international and domestic transportation of heavy equipment, bulk materials, and critical components.
•      Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities during execution.
•      Monitor closely to avoid detention and demurrage costs.
•      Vendor & Freight Forwarder Management
•      Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.

Site Logistics Coordination

•      Coordinate with site teams for delivery scheduling, unloading, storage, and material handling.
•      Support construction and commissioning teams for site storage & unloading planning of cargos.
•      Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation plans (e.g., route surveys, weather contingencies).
•      Share details to maintain logistics dashboards and reports for internal and client reviews.
•      Foster a safety-first and performance-driven logistics culture in all actions
•      Flexibility to cater project requirement
•      Responsibilities may evolve based on project phases and organizational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

•      05-07 years of logistics experience in EPC or industrial projects under reputed Logistic Service Providers (LSP).
•      Experience in handling domestic and heavy/ODC cargo movement. Experience in handling international logistics execution may preferred.
•      Experience to handle route survey within site for site movement of ODC thru Axles & SPMTs.
•      Experience in understanding of logistics drawings of ODCs/SODCs.
