Job Role : Manager / Asst Manager – Quality Assurance.

Candidate shall be required to undertake followings as regular activity

• Review & approval of manufacturing quality assurance plans
• Inspection of products at vendor factory
• Assessment of new vendors
• Interaction with customers for approval of documents.
• Management reporting
• Product failure analysis

Minimum Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Electrical ( Electronics as additional).

Experience : 6 – 10 years

Location: Anywhere in India

Requirement: At the earliest

Attributes

Candidate shall be able to

• Plan inspections & coordinate with customers & suppliers effectively.
• Timely review of the QAPs & arrange approval from customers & consultants.
• Collaborate with Internal team, project management for effective implementation of quality assurance mechanism.
• Understand the project requirements with respect to quality & implement.
• Prepare and maintain Documents / records as per defined quality system.
• Effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor and report quality performance and statistics to management periodically.
• Travel frequently to outstation vendor factories.

Technical Knowledge

• Shall have sound knowledge in Solar power projects & Power Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Inspection testing skills of products meant for Power Transmission & Distribution + Solar business.
• Knowledge of various codes & standards are strongly desired.
• Manufacturing process of products.
• Experience of mechanical product inspection would be beneficial.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead / Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage,
• Exposure to digital working environment, AI, test tools would be beneficial.
