- Timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices, SES and GRN, Transporter bills etc.
- Preparation of KZ as per PO Due date
- Monthly closing of pending GRIR
- Raising of invoices to vendor for recovery etc.
- Prepare scrap
- Preparation of ewaybill
Vendor Bank Guarantee
- Issue of BG letters to bank, controlling and monitoring of BG
- MIS as and whenrequired, periodical updation
GST
- Checking proper GST filing status before releasing payment to vendor
- Passing ITC Hold entry
- GSTR2A Reco for vendors done on timely basis i.e. at the time of payment instead of later stage like monthly or quarterly basis
Accounts Receivable
- Submission of customer bills (Supply, MRC, Transportation, Civil, Erection, PV etc)
- Preparation of sets of appropriate documents
- Following-up with customer for payment
- Sharing customer receipts information with CFC
Inter Unit Reconciliation on Quarterly basis
Execute PO Closure forms
