- Ensure safety, reliability and general upkeep of all P&M assets at site
- Plan and carry out periodical maintenance on the equipment as per recommended periodicity and site conditions.
- Monitoring and optimizing equipment availability and utilization of equipment.
- Co-ordinating for timely equipment mobilization/demobilization and commissioning /de-commissioning works.
- Planning and control of spares procurement, consumption, stock and obsolescence.
- Allocation/ distribution of activities among subordinates and monitoring their performance
- Planning and control of manpower requirement
- Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of ISO9001:2008 QMS.
- Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements related to P&M functioning.
Analysis of P&M performance data and taking up corrective and preventive action to improve overall performance
