Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally
- Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub – groups of the department assigned to him/her
- Establish norms for various departmental activities.
- Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours
- Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
- Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
- Review Hydraulic calculation of network lines
- Lead, Guide, Assist the Process Engineering Team & other Project Team members to execute contract activities.
- To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to team.
- Ensuring that all work performed complies fully with all applicable codes , regulations and standards as well as company design standards and client requirements
- Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
