Roles and Responsibilities:
- Civil supervisor should have at least 3-5 five years experience of construction site to know the different site activities.
- The candidate should be capable to coordinate with others for different resources.
- The candidate should be capable to read the drawings to execute the work at site and also able to guide the worker for reinforcement work as per bbs.
- The candidate should know about the stagging erection/shuttering work/concreting.
- He should be capable to manage the worker and arrange the require materials to them on time.
- Interacting with Engineer’s representatives and internal department.
- Supervise, coordinate, and follow up day to day progress, equipment, and construction.
