Contract Labour Administration including following activities,
- Maintaining punching of Contract labours
- Maintain Data base and MIS for contract labours
- Maintain required registers for contractors
- Ensure compliance of company rules and statutory obligations of contractors across AMNHEC
- Regular field visits for ensuring smooth and harmonious IR Relations
- Ensure timely wage disbursements to contract labours by contractors
- Induction of New Contractors
- Grievance handling
- Filing reportable accident forms pertaining to contract labour
- Any other work for CS IR as assigned on time to time
- Follow Compliance and support Audit requirements
