Contract Labour Administration including following activities,

  • Maintaining punching of Contract labours
  • Maintain Data base and MIS for contract labours
  • Maintain required registers for contractors
  • Ensure compliance of company rules and statutory obligations of contractors across AMNHEC
  • Regular field visits for ensuring smooth and harmonious IR Relations
  • Ensure timely wage disbursements to contract labours by contractors
  • Induction of New Contractors
  • Grievance handling
  • Filing reportable accident forms pertaining to contract labour
  • Any other work for CS IR as assigned on time to time
  • Follow Compliance and support Audit requirements
