Full Job Description
Head of Mechanical Division of Ship Repair with following rolls:
Guiding and leading the team of Mechanical engineers to successfully undertake the repair works on Naval and Commercials vessels
Ability to train and motivate the team of engineers to meet Organisational goals
Studying the market and implementing modern and recent technologies for undertaking works
Planning and co-ordinating projects and ensuring that the cardinals are met and necessary Additional Work Orders are raised on time
Supervising teams for timely job execution and guiding them for defect identification and rectification
Work closely with other team and collaborate to solve refit related problems
Effective vendor management and ensuring that materials and manpower is position at work site on time
Effective contract management
Uphold quality at work and work to uphold Yard culture
