Job Description
- Receive & Submission of Engineering & Vendor Documents as per Project Quality Plan
- Preparing, Updating & Logging Document Details in Documentation software for the project Procedure Specification, Drawing, Standards & Correspondences etc.
- Updating an archive & file retrieval system.
- Mark up the Document Distribution matrix.
- Keeping track of outstanding correspondences, project deliverable & follow up with responsible Engineers.
- Filing all Correspondences, Documents, Drawings, Reports and other materials, logging all types of correspondence from the client in order for quick retrieval and references in accordance with company policy & Procedures.
- Preparing transmittals for all Documents & Drawings.
- Responsible for distribution & submission of Drawings & Documents for every job.
- Independent handling of all the documents & Daily routine works.
- Updating & Maintaining WPS, PQR & WPQ Register.
- Updating & Maintaining Company Instruments Calibration Log & Sub contractor’s Calibration Log.
- Assist to QC Manager for various types of Audit works. (like ASME, ISO, Internal & External Audits)
- Updating & Maintaining Company & Subcontractor’s NDT Personnel Qualification Records.
