External to organization: Govt. Agencies / Banks / Customer/ MEPZ/Authorized officer (A.O.)

Conversant with SEZ Compliances (Rules & Regulations)

Service Tax / Sales Tax related coordination

SEZ online filing / assessment actives viz., Bill of Entry (B.O.E) Shipping Bills, ARE – 1, Job Work etc.,

Import / Export Documentation.

Documentation / Tariff knowledge (like Duty structure confirm and finding exemption notification for items wise) to processing in customs and MEPZ.

Establish excellent rapport with custom house agent to extract the necessary support required.

Manage Customs House Agent and C&F Agencies to clear the cargo from customs.

Documentation for Bonding and De-bonding.

Preparation of monthly/ quarterly / annual (QPR & APR) unit transaction report and submission to the MEPZ and Zone AO.

Obtain necessary (special) approvals like sub contractor permission from MEPZ and AO.

Handling local procurement through ARE – 1, Zone to Zone transactions and bill of export.

SEZ Compliances

Graduate / Post Graduate

3 to 8 years of relevant experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Self motivated and highly organized
