Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for Site P&M management, effective control of P&M (Cranes, Hydra, Trailer, Manlift) and T&P (Scaffolding Pipes, Winch Machine, Clamps, Walkway Jaali etc) for Optimum utilization, preventive maintainence of P&M and T&P with proper schedule without affecting field work, effective interaction with site team and agencies. He should find ways to generate maximum utilization from Site P&M and circulate utilization report on monthly basis. He should control & supervise P&M Team, done regular reconciliation of diesel and T&P. Regular interaction with HO & Site Execution Team for coordination of P&M Management & Processes. He should report P&M status, highlight critical issues to Site In-Charge on regular basis. He should have effective communication skills.
