Larsen & Toubro Looking For ASSISTANT MANAGER SEZ at Ponneri, Tamil Nadu, Full Time
- Hands on experience of independently handling SEZs with knowledge of SEZ Laws, Rules, Notifications etc pertaining to both Developer and Unit
- Good knowledge of Customs Act as well as rules & regulations thereof
- Hands on experience in customs record keeping as well as import/export clearances and skilled with customs claims, declarations, documentation and filings
- Good working knowledge of GST laws and returns
- Updated about the above areas of activities and good interpretation skills regarding revised laws and regulations
- Acquaintance with departmental procedures and handling appeals with statutory authorities, departmental representations and co-ordinating with legal teams
- Good communication skills and ability to build relations with various stakeholders including Government authorities
- Ability to educate and manage vendors, sub-contractors and CHAs
- Understanding of production processes and proven ability to plan and execute processes
- Ability to work with and handle teams
