Lateral HR consulting Hiring for QA Head (Automobile industry) at Thane, Maharashtra Full Time

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure that all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all manufacturing processes are aligned with established quality standards and specifications.

Establish and maintain a system for documenting and tracking quality metrics and key performance indicators.

Conduct audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.

Lead and develop a team of quality assurance and quality control professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentoring as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research and development, sales, and customer service, to identify and address quality issues and develop solutions.

Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and product quality.

Provide leadership and guidance on continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance and quality control.

Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, field 8 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with 3 to 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience in manufacturing or production environment required.

Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
