A •Video Editor• is responsible for assembling recorded raw footage into a polished product suitable for distribution. Their role often involves both technical and creative aspects. Here’s a general job description for a video editor:

### •Responsibilities:•

1. •Editing and Assembling Content•

– Trim footage segments and put together sequences to meet project specifications.

– Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

– Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.

2. •Collaboration and Communication•

– Work closely with directors, producers, and clients to understand the vision for the project.

– Incorporate feedback to refine and improve the final product.

3. •Technical Proficiency•

– Operate editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

– Handle color grading, audio balancing, and special effects as needed.

4. •Organizational Skills•

– Manage and archive raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.

– Maintain project deadlines and manage workload effectively.

5. •Creativity and Innovation•

– Bring creative ideas to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.

– Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and production.

### •Qualifications:•

– Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

– Strong understanding of post-production workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 – ?30,847.37 per month
