: As a Reel Maker and Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Your role will involve shooting, editing, and producing short-form videos (reels) and photos using your own iPhone or camera. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and messaging.Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (reels) and photos for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video production, and photography to ensure our content is fresh and engaging.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Ensure all content is optimized for performance, including proper formatting, resolution, and engagement strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of content and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing videos and photos using your own iPhone or a professional camera.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
