What you’ll do
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. You will work under the supervision of the senior accountants and be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records and general ledgers; preparing and analysing budgets and performing general bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to –

• ERP entry and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
• Assisting with filing of TDS, GST Returns, etc.
• Assisting in creating of consolidated financial statements by gathering and analysing data from the general ledger
• Performing data entry of journal entries
• Reconciling specified general ledger accounts. Reviews for accuracy and corrects posting entries.
• Compiling monthly cash trends reports
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Ideal candidate will have the ability and willingness to visit Government offices, Banks and other related official work.

Key Skills SAP, Oracle, Excel, MS Office
Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce
• Must have good command over English, Hindi and Marathi (oral and written)
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as front desk representative
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Emails, SAP, etc.)
• High attention to detail
