LDM Global Hiring for Lead Document Review & CIR at Mohali Full Time

EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Lead for our Document Review and CIR function. You will lead a team of reviewers and be involved in day-to-day operations management.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

Primarily focused on:

• Team and process management
• Creating a robust environment to lead and manage document review projects

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

• Handle the management and execution of document review processes
• Develop and maintain guidelines and best practice regarding review, process documentation relating to internal processes, workflow, and support information
• Manage multiple and changing priorities, expectations
• work closely with the business partners in a focused and responsive manner
• Manage teams, matrix, appraisals, and training

Bringing in the below experience:

• 8+ years in LPO Industry with extensive experience in document review
• Minimum LLB
• LLM (would be an added advantage)
• Experience in managing PII, HIPPA, and DSAR reviews desired

Technically sound in:

• Experience using Discovery database platforms tools like Relativity, Brainspace, Everlaw, Nuix, etc.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of applications

Based at:

• Anywhere across India but open to working from our Mohali office
