LDM Global Hiring for Senior Associate – Accounts Payable at Mohali Full Time

EXO Edge is looking for experienced F&A professional to join our F&A services team supporting a global client. As an expert in Accounts Payable, you will be working closely with our client’s Accounts Payable team supporting day-to-day AP operations.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

Primarily focused on:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Bank reconciliations
• Vendor reconciliations
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Month-end close activities

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

• Manage assigned activities for the client
• Work closely with the team to ensure quality parameters and TAT are met
• Undertake available internal and external training to improve yourself
• Continually work to increase client satisfaction and ensure that we consistently deliver superior technical solutions to customers
• Keeping yourself abreast on the information security policies

Bringing in the below experience:

• 3-5 years of experience working in Accounts Payable function for a US based organization
• Experience into US accounting]
• Comfortable working in 24*7 operations

Technically sound in:

• Exposure to any ERP like SAP, Peoplesoft, Yardi, Oracle etc. would be an added advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of applications
