About the role: 

What skills we are looking for a candidate who will be willing to code and would match the below requirements:

• 7+ years of experience building high-performance and fault-tolerant systems.
• Solid knowledge of Ruby and ROR with at least 5+ years of experience 
• Should have lead a team of 5+ people before
• Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc
• Familiarity with docker.
• Familiarity with Distributed Systems. 
• Should be willing to learn new technologies. We use multiple technologies & languages across different services. 
• Ability to work with complex business flows and deal with huge amounts of data.
