Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead – Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutions that meet our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

● Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

● Responsible for key technical and product decisions.

● The candidate should be hands-on in coding Work closely with the Product Manager and clients and help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.

● Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications and procedures.

● Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

● Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

● Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planning meetings.

● Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the challenges and opportunities your team is facing building and deploying software.

● Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers.

● Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN stack.

● Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements

Skills Required:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

● Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack.

● Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.

● Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Team handling experience is a must
