Responding to inbound queries from US based consumers and responding to them in a
timely manner
Assisting with customer inquiries with highest level of customer service
Ability to work independently under the direction of a supervisor.
Ability to navigate on a PC and to multi-task (talk and type).
Candidate should be flexible, well organized and resilient
Handling other new situations that may arise.
Sharing information with India team and US counter parts.
Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of US telecom/credit card 3rd Party collections
experience would be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
