What are your responsibilities as Purchase Executive:

· Monitor all transfers, deliveries, replenishments, and stock movements at the warehouse

· Good understanding of demand and supply planning sales & operations planning, segmentation strategy, inventory optimisation, and/or production scheduling

· Manage and plan for inbound container deliveries

· Responsible for periodic stock takes

· Good understanding in Stock management

· Managing & monitoring stock levels via Linnworks

· Investigating discrepancies in quantity and cost

· Integrate parts for new assets into the Asset Management System and work with managers to finalise required stock levels

· Develop new innovative processes to drive efficiencies within the Inventory function

· Continuously review minimum stock levels required and update on Linnworks and Excel sheets

· Ensure the correct quantity of stock are assigned to relevant job plans and subsequent planned work and to review what items require reordering

· Record and resolve product quality issues and non-conformance complaints adopting preventive and corrective actions

· Regular reviews of inventory data, ensuring best value and performance requirements· Work with suppliers to ensure best value for price of all inventory items whilst actively looking at improving our stock quality, range, and brand packing

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly

· High level of logical thought used in problem solving

· Ability to deal with data from various sources and use it to make procurement decisions

What Skills, Knowledge and Experience must you acquire:

· Possess a minimum of 2 years working in a similar role E-Commerce: 1-2 years (Required)·

· Inventory Stock Management: 2+ years (Required)·

· Be experienced in managing a high volume of SKU’S from a wide supplier base Linnworks experience 1-2 years (Preferred)

· Excellent understanding and working experience in a re-price software system (Desirable)

· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (include filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP’s) and other Office applications

· Reporting & Analytics: 1 year (Required)
