Learnwise Hiring For Customer Relations Executive at Calicut, Kerala Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial calls and assign leads to Academic Counselors
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly target are met (program presentation)
  • Close collaboration with Academic Counselors, Academic Mentors, Marketing team
  • Keep check on inbound lead sources and with people who handles inbound leads
  • Pending payment collection
  • Student relations
  • Admissions to mentorship division coordination

Requirements:

  • Personal smartphone (business WhatsApp, google calendar, product app and CRM app) Vi/Airtel/Jio strong network signal (company shall provide the sim card)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month
