Legal Associate at Hyderabad Full Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements (NDAs, business cooperation, service agreements, technology services, donations, etc.)
• Prepare and manage key corporate and labor law documents
• Provide daily legal support and guidance to different departments
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with local and international regulations (including GDPR)
• Support the setup and operations of international offices
• Manage relationships with banks, authorities, law firms, and other external parties
• Keep the groups legal documentation, database, and archives up to date

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Law
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• In-depth understanding of the legal system and regulations of the respective country
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• High commitment to maintaining corporate privacy and ensuring the security of confidential information
• Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
• Experience with corporate labor law, legal research, and writing is preferable
• Proficiency in the latest versions of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Tools
