Lenovo Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager (Education & Gaming) at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

This is a key role within Ecommerce Team aiming to grow Education & Gaming business via Student community in India. This will involve working with Universities, colleges, schools, Affiliate partners, Demand Generation team to build Lenovo brand affinity among student community and drive volume, revenue growth.

Responsibilities:–

• Affiliate Planning and Management – Candidate will be responsible of expanding Lenovo presence in student community via Affiliate partners. This will involve sign up with new Affiliate partners as well improving presence with existing ones.

Pre – campus activation – Candidate will be responsible to collaborate with PU colleges, Top coaching institutes & Career fests to build upper funnel within student community across the year.

• In campus activation – Candidate will be responsible to identify key fests/events in the select colleges across country and build a network of Lenovo Ambassadors inside the college campus ongoing basis.

• Improve Lenovo student community page – Candidate will be responsible to build engagement on Lenovo student community page and improve sign ups to keep improving student community size.

Set up effective Digital/social campaign – Candidate will be responsible to work and build strong Social campaign to improve impression share/engagement for student offers on quarterly basis.

Student/Customer insights – To effectively succeed in Gaming/Student, it’s important to build effective customer insights engine. Candidate will be responsible to launch surveys among student community and gain insights to drive effectiveness of Digital campaigns.

• Stakeholder Management- Strong stakeholder and people management both internal and external with enabling long term relationships with occasional travel to partner site for product presentations and key benefits
• Product Planning & Revenue foresight : Drive key inputs in product planning and stocking to avoid stock outs and revenue loss

Experience :

4-5 years’ experience in Etail DG, having managed either category or specific biz, good at building connects. Looking to build career in Etail space.
